Pubic lice

They are in my eyebrows as well

Found them in the eyebrows. Do I use the same lotion higher up?

Do not put the standard lotion near your eyes. Treatment at the eyelashes and eyebrows is handled differently, usually with a thick ophthalmic ointment applied repeatedly over about ten days, essentially to suffocate them, or with physical removal.

Oral treatment is sometimes used for this situation. Either way it is a clinic conversation rather than a pharmacy purchase.

Do not improvise with petroleum jelly from a tub at home either. The ophthalmic grade product exists because anything near the eye needs to be sterile and appropriate.

Eyelash involvement in a child is a specific situation that needs assessment rather than treatment at home, for reasons beyond the lice themselves.
