Missed the second injection by a week

Three weekly injections, I missed the middle one and went a week late. Does the course still count?

Ring and tell them, because the answer depends on the stage being treated and on how long the gap actually was.

There is guidance on acceptable intervals between doses in a multi dose course, and beyond a certain gap the recommendation is to restart rather than continue.

Do not decide this yourself and do not just turn up for the third one as if nothing happened. Getting it wrong means an inadequately treated infection that looks treated on paper.

If the supply situation is part of why you missed it, say that too. Clinics are managing around shortages and that is relevant to what they offer you next.
