Testicle ache that started after I finished the course

Dull ache on one side, started a few days after the last tablet. Treatment finished so I assumed this was over.

Do not assume finishing the course closes the file. Symptoms appearing after treatment are a reason to go back, not evidence that the treatment worked.

Get this looked at rather than waiting. Pain and swelling in that area after a chlamydia diagnosis can indicate the infection having reached the epididymis, and that is treated differently and for longer.

There are also causes that are not infection at all and that need urgent assessment on their own terms. Either way it is not a wait and see.

Mention the recent diagnosis when you go, including if you end up somewhere that is not the sexual health clinic. It changes what they think about first.
