Green tea ointment, is that a real treatment?

Saw it mentioned and assumed it was a supplement scam. Then I saw it on a clinic list.

It is a real licensed treatment in a number of countries, made from green tea extract, and it is not the same thing as drinking tea or buying a supplement.

Reported clearance rates are broadly comparable to the other topical options and recurrence afterwards has looked lower in some studies, which is why it appears on clinic lists.

It is also slow, like the immune type cream, and it is not available everywhere. Ask what your service actually stocks rather than arriving with a request they cannot fill.

The distinction worth holding onto: a licensed product with trial data behind it is a different category from a shop bought extract, even when the plant is the same.
