Pubic lice

Is there a tablet for this?

The lotion is messy and I have a lot of hair. Is there an oral option?

There is an oral antiparasitic that is used, typically as a second line option when topical treatment has failed or where topical treatment is impractical, such as eyelash involvement.

It is usually given as two doses a week or so apart, because it does not reliably kill eggs and the second dose catches what hatches.

It is not usually the first thing offered, and in some places it is not licensed for this specifically. So expect a conversation rather than a simple request being granted.

Do the topical treatment properly first before deciding it is impractical. Most reported failures turn out to be application problems rather than the product not working.
