Genital warts

Partner has nothing after two years

I have had recurring warts for two years. He has never had one. He is starting to think I am the problem and honestly so am I.

Most people who acquire these types never develop a visible wart. Whether you get one depends heavily on your own immune response, not on some measure of how infected you are.

So the likeliest explanation is that he has encountered the same virus and simply never produced a lesion.

There is also no test for him. There is no approved HPV test for men in most places outside specific anal screening settings, so he cannot resolve this by going and getting checked.

The problem framing is worth pushing back on out loud. This is one of the most common viruses there is, and recurring warts is bad luck with your immune response rather than a moral position.
